Yasmani Gonzalez serves as an HR Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist at The Facilities Group since August 2022, where responsibilities include sourcing, screening, onboarding candidates, and providing HR support. Notably, Yasmani has enhanced communication processes through template creation and Spanish training sessions, successfully onboarding over 250 employees within a year while ensuring compliance with laws in multiple states. Prior experience includes serving as an instructor for Hillsborough County Public Schools from June 2017 to August 2022, managing educational solutions for large groups, designing virtual learning modules, and successfully launching fundraising initiatives. Yasmani's music education background includes directorial and instructional roles at various organizations, including directing choirs and teaching healthy singing techniques. Yasmani holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Florida Gulf Coast University and an Associate of Arts degree from Florida SouthWestern State College.
