Joan Salmon, LCSW-R, currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director for Behavioral Health and Support Services at The Family Center since August 2020. Previously, Joan held the position of Clinical Director at CREATE, Inc., overseeing several OASAS programs, and served as Regional Director at Services for the UnderServed, managing operations for multiple licensed programs. Additional roles include Program Director for Palladia, Inc., Director of Treatment Services at The Fortune Society, and Director of Clinical Services at BATF, with earlier experience as Director of Social Services at West Lawrence Care Center and Lawrence Care Center. Joan earned a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science from Stony Brook University.
