Courtney Borresen is an experienced retention manager with a strong background in customer experience and talent representation. Currently serving as Retention Manager at The Farmer's Dog since August 2019, Courtney has progressed through various roles, including Senior Retention Associate and CX Retention Specialist. Prior experience includes working at Innovative Artists for over seven years as a Talent Agent and Assistant, along with internships at Telsey + Company, Sh-K-Boom/Ghostlight Records, Barbara McNamara Casting, and 94.5 WPST. Courtney holds a BSM in Marketing from Tulane University and has furthered education at Copenhagen Business School.
