Rachel Naugle

Rachel Naugle is a seasoned professional in Total Rewards and compensation management, currently serving as Sr Manager Total Rewards at The Farmer's Dog since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager Compensation and Sr Compensation Analyst at 2U, where responsibilities encompassed compensation analysis, annual review processes, and bonus administration. Rachel's background also features co-founding Platform, aimed at amplifying women's voices in policy decisions, and an internship at The White House, where significant programming and community service projects were organized. An alumnus of The George Washington University, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Social Justice, further supplemented by earlier experiences in fellowships, leadership roles, and event planning within various non-profit and educational organizations.
