Tricia Phillpott

Tricia Phillpott serves as the Regional Director of Retail Leasing at The Feil Organization since May 2021, bringing extensive experience from a 17-year tenure at Lakeside Shopping Center, where roles included General Manager/Leasing Manager, Assistant General Manager/Leasing Agent, and Marketing Director. Tricia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, obtained between 1998 and 2002, along with formative education at Mount Carmel Academy.
