Alicia Silla has over 20 years of work experience in the banking industry. Alicia most recently worked as the Chief Product & Marketing Officer at The Fidelity Bank, where they led strategic planning and cross-functional programs. In 2020, they pursued further education at the Graduate School of Digital Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison and obtained a degree in Digital Banking School.

In addition to their formal education, Alicia has also invested in professional certifications. In 2018, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2016, they acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Alicia also completed certifications in Pragmatic Product Management and Pragmatic Product Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing in 2010. Moreover, Alicia holds an ICAgile Certified Professional certification, and they have attended the Mastering Leadership Dynamics program at The BB&T Leadership Institute.
