The Finance Generation is an international audit firm supporting a wide range of Dutch clients and happy employees who enjoy to audit! 

The clients of The Finance Generation are based in the Netherlands and have a international network of subsidiaries. 

We are the new generation of auditors who 'challenge' the 'standard' way of auditing by applying innovative techniques, analyzing data and safeguard a very good work life balance. 

The results of our policies and innovative techniques lead to high-quality auditing, short lead times, happy auditors and new insights for an entrepreneur.

Our process is effective because the auditors standard work is mostly automated. As a result, fewer hours are spent by young accountants and more hours by experienced experts, which gives you added value.  

Our ambition is to reduce the burden on our teams and provide more value during the period we are auditing. Our way of working guarantees efficiency from every location.

Our team in Serbia is auditing our international clients and supports our Dutch teams. We are an integrated team with The Netherlands in order to add value to all clients and ensure quality within the process. 

The Finance Generation audit teams are mostly BIG-4 trained and we would like to welcome you to our team as well. 

In the current months we are hiring:
- assistant auditors ( 0 to 2 years of experience)
- seniors (at least 3 years of experience) 
- managers (at least 6 years of experience with hands on mentality)
