Currently serving as an Investigations Specialist at M&G Investments since October 2024 and as a Senior Associate (Project Manager) at the Financial Conduct Authority since January 2022, Philip has demonstrated expertise in managing complex investigations, including fraud, cyber, and compliance work. Previously, Philip held the role of Managing Director at Professional Investigations Ltd, where responsibilities included advising on investigations within governmental departments and law enforcement procedures. Philip's 30-year tenure with the Metropolitan Police encompassed various leadership positions in specialist units, focusing on serious and organized crime, economic crime, and fraud prevention, along with contributions to crime strategy development and team management. Academic qualifications include a degree from The University of Sheffield and training as a Chartered Accountant.
