Aditya Kaushik

Aditya Kaushik is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on HR transformations and human resource information systems. Currently serving as Associate Director - HR Transformations at The First Group since April 2023, Aditya previously held the position of HR Transformation Lead at OYO from January 2020 to April 2024, managing HCM implementation and various HR applications. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Oracle Consultant at G4S, overseeing global HCM rollouts, and a Consultant role at Oracle, specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM. Aditya's earlier career included a position as Senior System Engineer at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, contributing to techno-functional implementations. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
