Juan Escobar

Juan Escobar has over a decade of experience in philanthropy and outreach within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Philanthropy at First Tee since January 2012. In this role, Juan leads major gifts fundraising efforts across 11 states, successfully managing a portfolio of high-capacity prospects and organizing cultivation events. Previously, Juan held positions that focused on expanding outreach initiatives, such as the First Tee National School Program, resulting in significant revenue growth and new partnerships. Juan began their career at The First Tee of St. Johns County and holds a B.A. in Sport Management from Flagler College.
