Currently serving as Managing Director for the Wine Division and Group COO at The Fladgate Partnership since November 2024, Gustavo also founded and leads GE&M as CEO. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Vieira and Executive Director at EGEO, along with significant positions at Brasseries et Glacières Internationales, where Gustavo managed multiple breweries and soft drink plants, enhancing operational efficiency and quality control. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Porto Business School and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Porto, complemented by a program in Design Thinking and Business Innovation from UC Berkeley.
