Ugandhar Reddy Kondamadugula has extensive experience in industrial engineering and production management, currently serving as Operations Manager at The Flexitallic Group since September 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Industrial Engineer and Production Manager at the same organization, as well as Process Engineer at ArcelorMittal from August 2008 to September 2012. Ugandhar began a career in engineering as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at AFCONS Infrastructure Limited in 2006 and later worked as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso from May 2007 to May 2008. Ugandhar holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University.
