Previously, Gaurav held the position of UK Sales Manager at Lotus Group – Dial A Flight from May 2008 to June 2015, where innovative strategies were implemented to drive new business growth. Gaurav also contributed as Assistant Sales Manager at Southall Travel from August 2004 to April 2008, meeting sales targets and managing customer escalations, and served as Team Lead at EBOOKERS LIMITED from December 2001 to December 2003, earning the 'CEO Choice Award' for outstanding performance. Gaurav's educational background includes attendance at DPS.
