Monika Gawlik has a diverse background in account management and production, currently serving as a Junior Key Account Manager at The Floral Connection since January 2021, where roles have also included Senior Commercial Support and Sales Support. Prior experience includes quality control at Bloom B.V. and extensive roles in production leadership at Green Partners from June 2003 to September 2020. Monika began their career as a Financial and Administrative Employee at BUILDER in early 2003. Education includes a degree in Construction Technology with a specialization in Calculation and Standardization from Silesian University of Technology and additional studies at Zespol Szkol Budowlanych.
