Anthony Hannan

Nhmrc Principal Research Fellow at The Florey

Anthony Hannan is a distinguished NHMRC Principal Research Fellow at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, University of Melbourne, since January 2017. In addition, Anthony has held the position of Professor at the Florey Department of Neuroscience and Mental Health at the University of Melbourne since 2002 and has been the Head of the Neural Plasticity Group. Between 2011 and 2014, Anthony served as an ARC Future Fellow and Honorary NHMRC Senior Research Fellow at Florey Neuroscience Institutes. Prior experience includes the role of Nuffield Medical Fellow and Senior Research Scientist at the University of Oxford from 1996 to 2002. Anthony Hannan earned a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Sydney.
