Stephen Arbib

Stephen Arbib is a Canadian entrepreneur who believes he can do well while doing good. Throughout his career, Mr. Arbib has started companies that not only make money, but just as importantly, benefit society and help those in need.

Mr. Arbib is the founder and CEO of Momentum Solutions, one of the world’s leading logistics and life support service providers, specializing in humanitarian and emergency operations for government agencies, militaries and non-profit organizations. Momentum provides services from passenger and cargo air movements, freight forwarding, construction equipment leasing, labour force and staffing and housing. In 2020, Momentum acquired what is now Momentum Express, a narrow body cargo operator in Canada with a fleet of 18 aircraft which operates exclusively for UPS, Amazon and CargoJet across Canada. Momentum has offices in Toronto, Dubai, Greenville and New York, with satellite offices and significant on-ground presence in the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Arbib was also the co-founder of  Cycura Inc., an offensive cyber security firm which  provides advanced, customized, and confidential cyber security services to governments, companies, and organizations with particularly high intellectual property (IP) value as well as critical data protection needs such as infrastructure. Mr. Arbib sold Cycura to Well Health Technologies Corp. (WELL.TO) in 2019.

Mr. Arbib is the Director of the Arbib Foundation, a charitable foundation that allocates personal funds to charities across the globe.
