Jon Varriano has a diverse work experience in the design industry. Jon is currently serving as a Senior Art Director at The Food Group since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Art Director at New York Magazine from August 2017 to September 2019.

Earlier in their career, Jon worked at Food & Wine from February 2009 to August 2017, starting as a Graphic Designer and later being promoted to Senior Designer. At Food & Wine, they were primarily involved in designing advertorials, web ads, invitations, banners, and other promotional materials for large events. Some of the notable clients they worked with include Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Stella Artois, and Bravo, among others.

Before joining Food & Wine, Jon worked briefly as a Designer at BBH New York in 2008. Jon also gained experience as a Designer at Pratt Institute from June 2007 to June 2008 and Penguin Group USA from January 2008 to April 2008.
