Denisha Rapier is an experienced professional with a strong background in community engagement and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Council For Airport Opportunities since July 2022, Denisha is responsible for developing employer partnerships, promoting OSCE services, and connecting participants to employment opportunities. Previously, Denisha held positions at The Fortune Society as a Re-entry Community Engagement Specialist and Re-entry Coordinator, and at The Osborne Association as an Outreach Specialist, where responsibilities included raising awareness of services within the community and facilitating connections for individuals affected by the Criminal Justice System. Denisha holds an Associate of Science degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Berkeley College, obtained in 2018.
