Crista Clayton is a skilled professional with experience in talent acquisition, hospitality management, marketing, and customer service. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Fountain Group since July 2024, Crista previously excelled as a Bar Manager and Bartender at For The Table Hospitality from April 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing bar operations, conducting safe counts, and collaborating on marketing initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator for STEMS4Girls, Sales Associate at Hibbett Sports, After School Youth Mentor at JF Hurley YMCA, Alpha Student Orientation Leader at Catawba College, and Waitress at Blue Bay Seafood. Crista holds a Bachelor's degree in English: Editing, Writing, and Media from Florida State University and has further educational qualifications from Tallahassee State College and Catawba College.
