Kristen Jones is an experienced customer service and logistics professional with a diverse background in order management, supply chain coordination, and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at The Fountain Group since November 2021, Kristen is responsible for managing customer orders and resolving various supply chain-related issues while interfacing with multiple business functions. Previous roles include Logistics Coordinator at Sparks Group, where Kristen managed freight costs and claims, Logistics Supervisor at Power Breezer, overseeing shipping operations and inventory management, and Sales Service Representative at Domtar, where responsibilities included managing warehouses and export documentation. Additional experience includes roles at Coroplast Tape Corporation and AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc., focusing on order entry, inventory management, and coordination with sales and accounting teams. Kristen attended York Technical College and completed basic college courses.
