Candice Cross

Candice Cross is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership and talent management. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at The Francis Crick Institute since February 2025, Candice previously held the same position at The London Clinic from October 2022 to February 2025. Prior roles include Global Director of Talent at BRITVIC PLC, and Global Head of Leadership, Talent and Performance at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). At BT, Candice worked as Group Head of Diversity and Inclusive Culture and Head of Leadership, Talent and Organizational Development, where responsibility encompassed the design and implementation of inclusive workforce strategies. Candice holds qualifications from the University of South Wales and Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
