David Bacon

David Bacon is an experienced software tutor at The Francis Crick Institute since 2007, where responsibilities include providing specialized software training courses to PhD students, Postdocs, and staff, along with authoring in-house training books. Prior to this, David served as a photographer and digital imaging specialist at Imperial College London from November 2000 to September 2007, focusing on photography for the Faculty of Life Sciences, graphic design, and publication layout. David's career began at Queen Mary, University of London, where work as a photographer involved photography, design, and poster production from June 1990 to November 2000. David holds a Cert Ed degree in Education from the University of Greenwich.
