Phuc Huynh

Phuc Huynh currently serves as the Director of Programs Implementation - Asia at The Fred Hollows Foundation, where responsibilities include overseeing program implementation across multiple countries, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Timor Leste, the Pacific, and Vietnam. Previously, Phuc held the position of Regional Director for East Asia, supervising programs in Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, the Philippines, and Indonesia. With extensive experience in health and humanitarian programs, Phuc was also the Country Manager for Vietnam at World Vision Vietnam and held several roles such as National Health Coordinator and Area Development Programs Manager. Early career experience includes serving as the Chief of Eye Clinic at Hai Chau District Hospital. Phuc holds a Doctor of Medicine degree in Surgical Technology from Hue Medical University, completed in 1988.
