Randy Kerns is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in strategy and analysis within the storage and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Strategist & Analyst at The Futurum Group since January 2023, Randy has held significant roles including Senior Strategist at Evaluator Group from 2010 to 2023 and Chief Technology Officer at ProStor Systems from 2006 to 2010. Previous positions include VP of Strategy and Planning at Sun Microsystems, Owner of Independent Storage Analysis, and Senior Partner at Evaluator Group. Randy's career began at StorageTek as Director of Enterprise Disk and includes engineering leadership roles at Tandem Computers and Fujitsu - Intellistor.
