Rachael Langley is currently the Chief People Officer at The Gap Partnership, where Rachael oversees global negotiation consultancy services. Prior to this role, Rachael held various senior HR positions at companies such as Avon, easyJet, and E.ON, where Rachael focused on resourcing, talent development, and organizational design. Rachael's extensive experience in HR spans across different sectors and regions, demonstrating their expertise in driving business strategies through effective HR management. Rachael holds a postgraduate CIPD degree from Nottingham University Business School and a BA hons in Business & HR Management from Oxford Brookes University.
