Carlos Valverde is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development, investment, and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at The Georgetown Company since September 2024, Carlos previously held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Silverstein Properties, Inc. from May 2009 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing real estate development initiatives. Earlier in their career, Carlos co-founded Stone Street Lofts, specializing in student housing leasing and property management. Additional roles included Architectural Designer at Ryall Porter Sheridan Architects, Construction Project Manager at J. Calnan & Associates, and various architectural design positions. Carlos holds a Master of Architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and multiple professional certificates from New York University, highlighting expertise in real estate development and construction project management.
