Sean Young is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in franchise management and firearms training. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at The Glass Guru Enterprises, Inc., Sean drives operational excellence and network growth for a $60M home-services franchise organization. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Director of Franchise Operations at the same company, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance franchisee support and performance. As President and Founder of Gunjock LLC and Co-Owner of ONE on ONE Firearms LLC, Sean leads a family-owned firearms training business and a professional training company, respectively. Past experience also includes significant roles at OnRevenue.com, California Closets, and FastframeUSA, emphasizing customer success, operational strategy, and franchise development. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Diablo Valley College.
