Nanci Malin-Peck has over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP of Corporate HR at Gleason Corporation since May 2005, Nanci has played a critical role in shaping HR strategies and practices. Prior to this position, Nanci held the title of Director of Training/Continuous Improvement at Garlock Sealing Technologies from 1995 to 2005, where Nanci focused on enhancing training programs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
