Victoria C. Castillo, PhD, currently serves as the Associate Director for Quality Assurance at Global Refuge, a role held since August 2021. Prior to this position, Victoria worked at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) as a Quality Assurance Manager and Program Officer for Monitoring and Evaluation from October 2019 to July 2021. Experience includes case management and care coordination for unaccompanied minors at Mary's Center, as well as roles in child care, specialized case management, and various internships focused on healthcare and support services. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Human and Social Services from Walden University, a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor’s in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
