Jeff Robertson is an accomplished professional in the field of environment and sustainability with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Environment & Sustainability at Bimbo Canada since April 2021, Jeff leads a team focused on climate change mitigation, environmental compliance, and the implementation of a comprehensive 10-year sustainability strategy. Additionally, Jeff holds the position of Vice Chair for the Global Sustainability Standards Board at the Global Reporting Initiative since April 2023, contributing to the development of the world's most widely used sustainability standards. Previous roles include Senior Manager at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, where Jeff engaged with various sectors to advance sustainability initiatives, and Manager of Sustainability & Climate Change at Deloitte Canada, providing strategic consulting on climate-related risks. Jeff’s early career includes project management and engineering roles with various organizations, complemented by an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
