Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
Júlia Ontañón Beguerel has experience as a Standards Senior Project Officer at Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), focusing on developing the future GRI Sector Standard for Mining. Prior to this role, Júlia worked as a Policy Research Analyst at the Observatory of Labour at Generalitat de Catalunya, where Júlia conducted quantitative data analysis on the labour market. Additionally, Júlia has experience as an Account Manager at Punto de Fuga, where Júlia conducted qualitative research and managed field work and reporting. Júlia holds a MSc in Sociology: Social Politics and Social Problems from the University of Amsterdam, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
