Miguel Perez Ludeña is a Research Lead at Global Reporting Initiative. Prior to their current position, Miguel worked as an Economist at UNCTAD, ICEX, and ECLAC, focusing on areas such as foreign direct investment, investment strategies, and science, technology, and innovation policies. With a background in economics from various institutions, Miguel has extensive experience in research, project management, and policy analysis in international organizations.
