Penny Hicks

Penny Hicks is an experienced executive in client partnerships and publishing, currently serving as the Managing Director of Client Partnerships at The Globe and Mail since December 2018. Prior to this role, Penny held various positions at Rogers Communications from March 2003 to September 2018, including Group Publisher for Chatelaine & Today's Parent and Publisher for Maclean's. Penny also served as Advertising Director at Maclean's and held earlier positions including Manager of Sponsorships and Business Development and Account Manager in Publishing. Additionally, Penny was a Client Manager at ZAQ Interactive Solutions from April 2000 to March 2003, where significant contributions were made to drive early growth. Penny holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Toronto and a BA in Religious Studies from McGill University.
