Ethan Fertsch

Ethan Fertsch has four years of work experience. In 2019, they began working as a Software Engineer for The Gnar Company, Inc. Prior to that, they were a Full-stack Web Developer for Backr on Backcourt Dribble from 2018. In 2018, they also worked as a Cider Maker & Lab Guru for Far From The Tree Craft Cider, where they built a laboratory QA program, designed and created a custom app, and developed data-driven optimizations for products and SOPs. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Laboratory Research Assistant and Laboratory Assistant at UCSF, where they practiced zebrafish husbandry through system maintenance and aquatic animal care.

Ethan Fertsch completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from Salem State University in 2014. In 2016, they attended Dev Bootcamp to pursue a Full-Stack Development degree in Web Development and Software Engineering, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, in November 2017, Ethan obtained a certification in User Experience Fundamentals from UdemyCourse.
