Jeremy Eltz

Jeremy Eltz, Ph.D., currently serves as the Education and Workforce Development Manager at The Good Food Institute since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Rural Education at the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning at the University of Indianapolis and Independent Consultant at Equitable Education Solutions, where Jeremy provided STEM education support across Indiana. Prior positions also include Associate Director of Indiana GEAR UP at Purdue University, Assistant Director of College and Career Readiness and STEM Specialist at the Indiana Department of Education, and Adjunct Professor at Marian University Indianapolis. Jeremy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Marian University.
