Josephine Bellaccomo

Josephine Bellaccomo is the Founder of Move the Message LLC, where leadership and positive intelligence coaching, along with pitch consulting and speaking engagements, focus on enhancing communication for success. Since 2022, Josephine serves as a pro bono business mentor at The Good Food Institute, supporting entrepreneurs in alternative protein innovation. In addition, Josephine works as a Senior Consultant for Arcadia Consulting, delivering learning solutions and coaching to enhance organizational culture and capabilities. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Leadership & Learning at TTEC Digital, Consultant at Korn Ferry, Senior Corporate Trainer at Microsoft, and Director of Training at the City University of New York. Josephine holds an MA in English & American Literature from New York University and a BA in English from the University of San Francisco.
