The Good Food Institute
Melissa oversees and measures the impact of GFI’s social media channels, SEM initiatives, the biweekly Reimagining Protein newsletter, and other digital engagement campaigns. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Boston University and spent 4 years working in marketing for a global market research firm before graduating with a Master’s in Food Systems from NYU’s School of Nutrition and Food Studies. While in graduate school, she also studied plant-based cooking and culinary nutrition at the Natural Gourmet Institute and taught nutrition education classes as a volunteer with City Harvest.
