Silvana Petkovski is an experienced retail operations professional with a strong background in employee development and training. Currently serving as General Manager of Retail Operations at The Good Guys since May 2017, Silvana has previously held various management roles within the company, including Retail Sales & Operations Manager, Employee Development Manager, National Training Manager, and National Operations Trainer from 2003 to 2016. Earlier career experience includes positions as Assistant Store Manager and Learning & Development Coordinator at Franklins Supermarket from 2000 to 2002. Silvana holds a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services, as well as a Diploma in Retail Management from Performance Partners.
