Chris Blackmore is an experienced Fund Manager currently overseeing the $10.1 billion GPT Wholesale Office Fund at The GPT Group since 2022. Previous roles include managing the $2.2 billion Sydney Place Fund at Lendlease from 2018 to 2022, as well as investment and development management for significant funds, including the $6.0 billion APPF Commercial Fund. Chris has a strong background in asset and portfolio management, having served as Director at Property NSW and held various positions at The GPT Group, Macquarie Group, Legal & General Investment Management, and Frogmore. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management, Property Investment and Development from Oxford Brookes University and is affiliated with several professional organizations.
