Eddie Loa is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in property accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Relationship Manager at The GPT Foundation since October 2018, Eddie has held various roles including Senior Property Analyst and Corporate Finance Manager, overseeing financial reporting and budgeting for 17 profit centers within GPT Management Holdings Limited. Prior experience includes positions at Brookfield Property Partners, focusing on financial management for multi-billion dollar development projects, as well as roles in property accounting and management at Iglu Student Accommodation and Campus Living Villages. Eddie's career began in New Zealand, gaining foundational experience in assistant accounting roles, and is supported by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The University of Auckland and completion of the CPA Australia Program.
