Greg Mannes has over 25 years of experience in property and project management, currently serving as Fund Manager for the Student Accommodation portfolio at The GPT Group, overseeing nine assets and 5,000 beds across Australia and New Zealand. Mannes also leads the development of a $2 billion mixed-use precinct and manages multiple projects in Brisbane and North Sydney. Previously, Mannes held the position of Senior Development Manager at GPT, where responsibilities included managing significant office developments and capital projects. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Enstruct Group, contributing to notable design projects, and working as a Senior Engineer at Arup with a focus on the design and delivery of cultural buildings. Mannes holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master's in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney.
