Jill Rezsdovics is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at The GPT Group since January 2021. Jill holds a membership with Chief Executive Women since January 2023 and previously held the position of Chief People and Culture Officer at OFX from October 2018 to January 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Commonwealth Bank as General Manager of Human Resources for Wealth Management and Enterprise Services, along with various leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of HR. Jill's career began at Shell and Cadden Crowe, with educational qualifications that include a Master's in Commerce from UNSW and a Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of Newcastle.
