Currently serving as the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at The GPT Group since July 2021, Justine has previously held significant positions including Senior Program Manager for Diversity & Inclusion at nbn™ Australia and Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at Henry Davis York. Justine's career spans over two decades across several organizations including EY, Arthur Andersen, QBE Insurance, and Linklaters, where contributions have included the development and implementation of diversity strategies, employee wellness initiatives, and human resources management. Justine holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Birmingham and has a foundational education with A levels from Longdean High School.
