Peter Phillips MRICS is an experienced professional in building surveying and project management, currently serving as Development Manager - Logistics and Capital Works Manager - Office & Logistics at The GPT Group since August 2017. Prior to this role, Peter worked at Knight Frank Australia as a Senior Project Manager & Building Consultant, and at Napier & Blakeley as a Senior Building Consultant, where a range of services including technical due diligence, project management, and capital works forecasting were provided. Earlier experience includes positions as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield and Atkins, and as a Building Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall and Watts Group PLC, focusing on contract administration and project management for notable clients. Peter holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying/Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
