Prior to this role, Ross served as a Principal Consultant at Intalock Technologies from September 2015 to January 2022, focusing on security consulting and infrastructure technologies across various sectors. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Seed Outsourcing and Strong Solutions, and a significant tenure at Deutsche Bank from 2000 to 2014, where responsibilities encompassed endpoint security, release management, and desktop support. Ross began the career at Getronics, progressing through positions that involved hardware maintenance and service desk support. Educational credentials include an Associate Diploma in Business and a Certificate in Microcomputing Support from TAFE NSW.
