Hilary Pickerel possesses extensive experience in workforce development and executive support, currently serving as Chief Of Staff at The Ground since August 2021. Prior to this role, Hilary worked at Vigor, LLC for over 15 years, where responsibilities included implementing programs for attracting and retaining skilled employees and supporting the executive team with corporate social responsibility and event planning. Additional roles include serving as a Yoga Teacher at Firelight Yoga and a Career & Life Coach through Hilary Pickerel Coaching, where assistance was provided to clients in achieving their personal and professional potential. Hilary began the career in administrative roles at Todd Pacific Shipyards. Educational credentials include a BA in English from Truman State University and various coaching and yoga certifications.
