Prior roles include Principal CRM Director and CRM Consultant, where Kim D. specialized in enhancing customer lifetime value and implementing transformational CRM strategies. Previous experience encompasses leadership positions at Gymshark as CRM/Customer Director, and Global as Head of CRM and DATA. Kim D. has also held significant roles at dmg media and Sky, including Head of CRM & DATA and Acquisition Database Marketing Manager, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and a BA Hons in Business & Marketing from the University of Kent, Canterbury.
