Milan Juza has extensive work experience in the technology sector, with a focus on leadership roles. In 2005, they worked as a Project Manager for British Telecom, where they managed the harmonization and relaunch of Internet Access in Central Europe. From 2006 to 2010, Milan worked at T-Mobile International UK as a Programme Manager, leading major software development and business transformation projects. During their time at T-Mobile, they successfully delivered an Android software development program and managed the network integration and launch of the world's first Android-powered smartphone. In 2011, Milan joined BSkyB as a Programme Manager, overseeing the delivery of new services and features for the Sky+ STB platform. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as the Head of Delivery at Weve, establishing and leading the technology delivery function. Milan then joined Digitas UK as a Programme Director, managing a portfolio of client projects. Milan later worked at Barclaycard as an Agile Transformation Director and Director of Technology. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Director of Software Delivery at the BGL Group, where they led a team of 120+ developers and played a crucial role in establishing a new tech hub. Most recently, Milan held roles at TUI as the Director of Technology and Chief Information Officer - E-commerce. In 2023, they joined The Gym Group as the Chief Technology Officer and later became an Advisor at Holiday Extras. Milan has a strong track record of implementing agile practices, driving technology strategy, and delivering successful projects.
Milan Juza holds an MSc., Hons degree in Telecommunications from the Czech Technical University in Prague, which they obtained from 1999 to 2005.
