Patrick West

Patrick West has extensive experience in business development and sales operations, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Sales Operations at The Hackett Group since February 2003. In this role, Patrick manages and coaches the US Business Development team while overseeing sales forecasting, CRM operations, and financial administrative support. Prior to this position, Patrick held roles as a Corporate Training Manager and Sales Executive at Paychex from 2001 to 2003, and worked as a Sales Executive and National Accounts Manager at Paychex from 1994 to 1999. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of St. Thomas.
