Joan Jaeger is an accomplished marketing professional with over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Hadley since January 2017, Joan focuses on providing support to older adults adjusting to vision loss. Previously, as Vice President of Marketing at The Cradle from March 2002 to December 2016, Joan contributed to the organization's mission of supporting families touched by adoption. Earlier in the career at Johnson & Johnson Consumer from July 1990 to June 2000, Joan held positions within the Brand Marketing for the Consumer Products Division, successfully launching products in new markets. Joan holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and dual degrees in Russian and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
